4 PISTOL CHAMPIONSHIP

- The Championship will be decided by the sum of the grades achieved from competitions 1, 2, and 3
- Competitors will achieve a grade in each competition relative to the winning score in each competition e.g.
  - Winning score = 95 grade = 100%
  - Second place = 93 grade = 97.9%
  - Third place = 92 grade = 96.8%
  - etc.
5 TYRO PISTOL

- This competition is limited to those shooters who are deemed NOT to be in "X" or expert class.

- Standard Badges will be awarded at the annual prize giving. The Badge awarded will reflect the shooter's best achievement throughout the year. For subsequent years, if the shooter's best previous Standard has not been surpassed but only equalled then this will be acknowledged with a Bar.
7 HANDICAP COMPETITION

- REGULATIONS - AS FOR COMPETITIONS 1 AND 2
- ANY BLACK POWDER PISTOL
- RANGE 25M
- A total of 10 targets to be shot over the year - cards may be shot at any time - closing date 31/12/2008. First, an average for each shooter will be established from past performance. A rolling average will be kept as the cards are submitted and a figure measuring the shooters improvement calculated. The competition will be decided imn favour of the shooter with the best improvement.
